Heather Bagnall Scheeler trained at Wagner College in Staten Island before completing her undergraduate studies at Towson University. As well as her many performance skills, she is an accomplished director and choreographer, and trained tai chi instructor and model. She has worked extensively in the United States, as well as in Europe and has collaborated on five cds of music with the parody band, The Boogie Knights. Heather has written commissions for the legal department at Towson University and was a research/writing assistant to Professor Robert Madison at the United States Naval Academy, assisting in the completion of the play Frederick Douglass which won the prestigious Baltimore new playwrights’ award. Heather works regularly in the Washington DC area, as well as across the United States and abroad. She made her professional debut at the age of fifteen with the Maryland Renaissance Festival with whom she is still a company member, and regularly works with a number of well-known area companies including Landless Theatre, Adventure Theatre, and the Smithsonian Institution's Discovery Theater. Additionally Heather works as an educator and arts consultant and has worked as a program director for Class Acts Arts, The Holton-Arms School Center of the Arts and First Night Annapolis. Heather served on the boards of Prince George’s Summer Teen Theatre and Story Tapestries and is still an active member of the Story Tapestries Advisory Board. She is Cofounding Artistic Director of Tasty Monster Productions.

Incorporating multi-medi, music, theatre, and technology, Tasty Monster creates innovative and exciting theatre and music. Our mission is to produce cutting edge theatrical and musical works for new audiences and instill an appreciation an appreciation and love of quality theater to audiences of all ages nation-wide. SingeMarriedGirl represents our third production and second original show. Previous credits to include Personals (Samuel French) March 2012 and Coming Home, a cabaret, May 2012.
